Aramco - Cyber security - Cyberlympics (Incentive program)
Background:
Saudi Aramco conducts Cyber Awareness month in November to promote cybersecurity awareness among employees and stakeholders through seminars, workshops, and competitions with rewards as incentives.
Objective:
We had to reimagine the communication strategy for Cyber Awareness month, ensuring the target audience were informed and enthusiastic about participating.
Solution:
We conducted in-depth stakeholder workshops to understand the implications of cyber security at an individual and organizational level. We then created an exciting concept called Cyberlympics - uniting all of Saudi Aramco’s cyber activities for the Cyber Awareness Month.
With a multi-touch point strategy and a comprehensive communication plan enabled through video, banners, a microsite and lamppost signage, employees were made aware of upcoming initiatives. We also created a unique identity at an event level, drawn from the overall theme, ensuring cohesive and recognizable branding across all elements - including the coveted trophy boxes of Cyberlympics.
Results:
The multi-touchpoint strategy and comprehensive communication plan increased participation in Cyberlympics 2022. By converting learning and awareness into an exciting participation proposition, the initiative successfully engaged stakeholders.
