HIGH ENGAGEMENT EMPLOYEE CULTURE DEVELOPMENT AT SADARA
Challenge:
Sadara, while implementing an employeeengagement program, sought support of a specialised internal communications consultancy for communication strategy development & branding. The challenge was to motivate employees to actively participate in filling up the survey that would evaluate the organization's employeeengagement level.
Solution:
Based on a carefully developed employee value proposition that focused on the why and not just the how, we rolled out a highly engaging communication campaigns that motivated more people to participate in the employeeengagement surveys, and managers to apply best practices and take action to improve employeeengagement.
Result:
Over 4 Cycles, the campaign increased employee participation in the survey and contributed to improving the employeeengagement eNP score (Net Promoters Score).
