SAUDI ARAMCO CYBERSECURITY CAMPAIGN

Challenge:

Saudi Aramco's Informational Technology department sought to launch a year-round cyber-safety campaign to promote safe cyber practices and culture among its colossal 90 thousand employees and contractors. The department wanted a more creative approach as they looked to tackle behavior and mindset change, and yet simplistic so everyone could understand and absorb the intended messages.

Solution:

DaDeDo responded by designing a comprehensive campaign distributed into 4 phases; each covering a distinct key cybersecurity area in accordance with the Aramco Cybersecurity Acceptable Use Policy: Email phishing; Asset handling; Internet & Social media browsing; and data security.

The campaign with its wholesome approach included thematic banners, videos, and brochures focusing on multiple aspects of cybersecurity, clearly outlining the potential threats and safe practices to educate employees on cybersafety.

Result:

The campaigns catchy headlines and educational tips, inspired the client to create 16 seminars to further educate Aramco employees on CyberSecurity threats and how they may safeguard themselves towards them. Over 250 attendees were reported for each of individual seminar, in what turned out to be a hugely successful campaign overall.
