He is also an innovation architect, entrepreneur and one of the region’s leading public intellectuals on internal and external communication, brand innovation & organizational culture. Fa’eq is the founder of Olaiwat Innovation Activation Consultancy and also the founder of DaDeDo, (DaDeDo.com).
Mr AlOlaiwat strategized and directed communication and cultural development programs for major organizations such as Tamkeen, Aramco, Sadara, Qatar Foundation, Dubai Economy, ADNOC, UAE Armed Forces, Oman Rail, Nama, QBIC, Etisalat, Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRA-Oman), Bahrain Polytechnic and many other major brands. He has also co-developed the work ethics communication program & curriculum for Tamkeen that is being taught in all government schools in Bahrain.
