DaDeDo Cyber Games is a hosted, interactive cybersecurity awareness and learning platform designed for organizations, employees and authorized event participants.
The platform includes the following games:
DaDeDo may introduce additional games, features and learning experiences in the future.
These commercial license terms govern access to DaDeDo Cyber Games and supplement the general website terms above.
Each game is licensed to the purchasing organization for an annual fee of US$1,999 per game, excluding applicable taxes.
Each individual game license provides:
The license is granted to the purchasing organization and is not transferable to another legal entity without DaDeDo’s written consent.
Any separately advertised multi-game package, discount or promotional offer is subject to its specific checkout terms and must be confirmed before payment.
A purchased license becomes active after the relevant payment has been successfully processed and independently verified.
The license remains valid for 12 months from its recorded activation date unless terminated earlier under these terms.
DaDeDo will provide the authorized company administrator with onboarding or account-access instructions following successful license activation.
Purchase confirmation alone does not authorize access until payment verification is completed.
Cyber Games licenses operate on a manual annual renewal basis.
Renewal pricing and conditions will be communicated or displayed at the time of renewal.
Cyber Games purchases are processed through Gumroad or another payment service expressly designated by DaDeDo.
Customers acknowledge that:
DaDeDo does not request customers to submit payment-card information directly through its Cyber Games website.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and company information.
Requests for refunds or cancellation should be directed to [email protected], including the purchase reference and a description of the request.
Refund eligibility will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, mandatory legal rights, the applicable Gumroad payment terms and any written commercial agreement governing the purchase.
A refund is not automatically guaranteed merely because a license has been activated or unused.
Where a refund or chargeback is approved or confirmed, DaDeDo may revoke the corresponding license, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
The corporate license is intended for employees of the licensed organization and other participants expressly permitted under the applicable license or event arrangement.
The purchasing organization is responsible for controlling its administrator accounts, employee distribution links and other access credentials.
Organizations and participants must not:
DaDeDo may restrict access where it reasonably identifies misuse or a security threat.
Each licensed organization may nominate authorized company administrators to manage its Cyber Games participation.
Administrators may be able to:
Company administrators are responsible for ensuring that employee information is entered lawfully, shared only with authorized personnel and kept accurate.
The purchasing organization must promptly notify DaDeDo of any suspected account compromise or unauthorized access.
Employees participating in Cyber Games may be asked to provide identifying information, including their name and department, depending on the game access mode.
Unless specific competition rules state otherwise:
Gameplay scores are intended to support awareness, learning and engagement. They should not be treated as definitive evidence of an employee’s professional competence or cybersecurity compliance.
Cyber Games may display leaderboards, rankings, scores, completion results and other participation information within authorized organizational environments.
Depending on the game and campaign configuration, a leaderboard may display:
Access to organizational leaderboards must be restricted according to the platform’s authorization rules.
The purchasing organization is responsible for informing its employees about the use of gameplay information and obtaining any notices or consents required under applicable employment and privacy laws.
Where enabled, Cyber Games may offer internal employee kiosk modes or separately managed external event kiosk experiences.
External kiosk participation may involve different registration, identification, event access and scoring arrangements from employee self-play.
Event organizers and authorized operators must ensure that participants are provided with appropriate notices about the information collected and the purpose of their participation.
External visitor information must not be treated as employee information unless a lawful and explicitly authorized arrangement permits it.
DaDeDo will make reasonable efforts to maintain a reliable and secure hosted service.
However, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party infrastructure, security incidents or circumstances beyond DaDeDo’s reasonable control.
DaDeDo may implement security updates, bug fixes and operational improvements that do not materially remove the core functionality of an active paid license.
Material changes affecting contractual service commitments will be managed in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
All Cyber Games content, game designs, graphics, questions, software, gameplay structures, branding and associated materials remain the intellectual property of DaDeDo or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a corporate license grants a limited right to access and use the licensed service. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code or intellectual property.
DaDeDo may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
Where appropriate and lawful, DaDeDo will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Any consequences for refunds, access to records or contractual remedies remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.
