We approached this project with a comprehensive UX/UI design process. Starting with user research and journey mapping, we identified key touchpoints and employee needs. Our team developed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final designs that prioritized user experience. We incorporated features such as news feeds, document access, employee directories, and engagement tools while ensuring the interface remained clean and intuitive.
