Job Summary:
The Transformation & Strategy Director will be pivotal in developing and executing organizational vitality programs for our clients. This role is focused on enhancing organizational health, culture, and employee engagement, and also involves overseeing the implementation of these programs on the client side. Additionally, the role includes developing and implementing internal communication strategies to support these programs.
This role will aslo focus on optimizing our company’s departmental operations and driving internal systems that can help the compnay scale up.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development, communication, and program management, with a proven track record in creating and managing programs that drive organizational effectiveness.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organizational Vitality Programs: Design, develop, and implement organizational vitality programs aimed at improving organizational health, culture, and employee engagement.
- Client Consultation: Analyze client needs to develop tailored vitality programs and strategies that align with their business objectives and values.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of vitality programs on the client side, ensuring successful execution and alignment with client expectations. Provide guidance and support to client teams throughout the process.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to set goals, objectives, and key messages for vitality initiatives. Create detailed plans and creative briefs to support these initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative, digital, and account teams to ensure successful delivery of vitality programs and internal communication strategies.
- Program Evaluation: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of organizational vitality programs. Conduct research and analysis to measure impact and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops to develop and refine vitality strategies and programs with client teams.
- Product and Service Innovation: Develop new products and services related to organizational vitality to meet evolving client needs.
- Internal Communication: Oversee the execution of internal communication plans related to vitality programs, including content creation and distribution.
- Client Presentation: Present deliverables to clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction with program outcomes.
- Team Management: Mentor and manage team members involved in organizational vitality and internal communication initiatives.

- Systemize Departmental Operations: Develop and implement standardized processes and systems to enhance departmental efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and Mentor: Lead and support the strategy and transformation team, guiding their development and optimizing team performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and support the company’s growth.
- Product Development: Contribute to the development of new products and services to meet changing client needs.
- Operational Efficiency: Achieve measurable improvements in departmental processes and ensure high adoption of new systems.
KPIs:
- Strategic Initiative Success Rate:
- Definition: Percentage of strategic initiatives and projects successfully implemented.
- Target: Achieve a success rate of 85% or higher.
- Client Satisfaction Score:
- Definition: Client feedback rating on strategic recommendations and project execution.
- Target: Maintain a satisfaction score of 4.5 out of 5 or higher.
- Revenue Growth from New Products:
- Definition: Revenue generated from new products or services developed.
- Target: Achieve a 10% increase in revenue from new products annually.
- Project Delivery Timeliness:
- Definition: Percentage of projects delivered on or before the deadline.
- Target: Deliver 90% of projects on time.
- Operational Efficiency Improvements:
- Definition: Measurable improvements in operational processes or cost reductions.
- Target: Implement at least two significant process improvements per year.
- Market Positioning and Growth:
- Definition: Enhancement in the firm’s market position or client base due to strategic initiatives.
- Target: Contribute to a 15% increase in market share or client base.
- Employee Engagement and Development:
- Definition: Engagement scores and development progress of team members.
- Target: Achieve an engagement score of 4.0 out of 5 or higher and support at least one significant development milestone per team member annually.
- Systemization and Process Optimization:
- Definition: Progress and effectiveness in developing and implementing standardized processes and systems.
- Target:
- Develop and document SOPs for at least 80% of key operational areas within the first 12 months.
- Achieve a 20% reduction in process inefficiencies or cycle times in key areas.
- Ensure that 90% of employees are trained on and actively using the new systems and processes.
Your qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in organizational development, internal communication, or a related area, with a focus on organizational health and employee engagement.
- Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing organizational vitality programs.
- Experience overseeing the implementation of programs on the client side and providing client-facing support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities, with experience handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and executing strategies across diverse industries and audiences.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and their role in organizational vitality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and work with client teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring and improving program effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultancy and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering consultancy projects.
- Strong understanding of conslutancy principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
