DGA identified the need for dedicated cultural ambassadors who could drive transformation at the grassroots level across their organization. This initiative aimed to create a network of influential employees who could champion cultural change within their respective sectors.
The program sought to establish and empower a team of 24 Culture Champions, nominated by sector VPs, who would drive cultural transformation initiatives and facilitate peer learning across the organization.
DGA implemented a structured nomination and training program for Culture Champions. The Culture Champions were invited to a special 2-day workshop where they were immersed into the key aspects of the culture book. Guiding them through the workshop was a specially-designed Culture Champions Training Book. This book would serve as a repository of information and activities to help them translate and cascade cultural initiatives across the organization.
The Culture Champions program aims to create a network of empowered change agents across DGA while enhancing organizational connectivity and fostering stronger professional networks, creating new opportunities for employee growth and collaboration.
