Saudi Aramco wanted to reward long-term service by offering Saudi employees the opportunity to purchase fully completed villas in a warm community of the port city of Yanbu. Designed by the Royal Commission, these villas were of a high standard. We had to communicate this opportunity to employees, showcasing the amenities of the project, and facilitating the application process.
We conceptualized a comprehensive communication strategy that aimed to emphasize the benefits of the Al Jar Neighborhood project. The strategy encompassed various mediums and channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Inspired by the unique cultural elements of the region, we designed a distinct logo for the project. The key elements of the communication campaign included an engaging film that highlighted the project features and 4 immersive walkthrough videos of different villa configurations. Employees learned more about the project through an informative microsite, emails, eBanners, TV screen banners, screen tags, information booths and a brochure.
The visually compelling main film, immersive walkthrough videos, and engaging microsite created a favorable impression and generated a strong sense of interest and desire to be a part of the community. The campaign successfully facilitated the application process and encouraged active employee participation.
