The authority recognized the need for transformation to a desired cultural environment in order to drive the organization toward fulfilling its mission.
DGA aimed to establish and articulate a distinctive organizational culture that would enhance operational excellence, strengthen leadership capabilities, and foster a more engaging work environment. The authority sought to develop clear cultural guidelines that would align with and support its strategic vision and mission.
DGA developed a comprehensive culture book that documented its desired organizational ethos and behavioral frameworks. The book was detailed and inspiring and provided a roadmap for how the organization would work together to achieve its mission of driving a robust and efficient digital government. It was designed to be integrated into the onboarding process and supported by cultural training workshops led by Culture Champions.
The soon-to-be-launched culture book will became the foundation for DGA’s organizational ethos, providing clear direction for employee behavior and organizational values. Through its integration into the key organizational processes, it will ensure consistent cultural messaging across the organization.
