In an era where cyber threats evolve daily, GOSI recognized that its strongest defense was in its people. So for Cyber October, they wanted to transform all employees from potential weak links into powerful defenders of digital assets.
Our approach comprised two phases—a 3 week awareness campaign and an immersive event. The campaign introduced the “Cyber Chain” concept – the idea that security is only as strong as its weakest link – having 6 key visuals with a relevant quiz to gauge retention. At the interactive event, employees were immersed into the world of cybersecurity, through special stations – from myth-busting installations to mini cyber challenges and information walls.
The campaign was a resounding success, with each quiz achieving exceptional participation rates, while the immersive event won high praise from the governor who lauded the creativity of the event. Most importantly, we helped transform cybersecurity from a requirement into a shared organizational value.
