To develop a comprehensive framework to analyze resignation patterns throughout 2023 to identify key drivers of employee turnover and develop targeted retention strategies—ultimately enhancing HR services, employee experience, and overall culture.
KAFD implemented a systematic approach to analyze resignation trends:
•Resignation data across departments from 2023 was analysed while a comprehensive exit interview framework was developed.
•Confidential third-party interviews were conducted with departing employees, separate from KAFD’s standard exit interviews, to ensure candid feedback.
•Discovery meetings were held with the Talent Acquisition team to understand their internal processes.
•Patterns and trends in departures were identified which helped inform the development of strategic recommendations for HR service improvements,
