Aramco has over 70,000 employees. Our client, The Woman Development & Diversity Department sought an effective, entertaining, and educational approach to tackle diversity and inclusion issues at workplace and promote cohesion and fairness.
DaDeDo scripted and curated 2D animated ‘micro-learning videos’ broadly focusing on 11 workplace and inclusion related topics, covering a multitude of workplace issues such as types of biases, psychological safety, gender bias and social exclusion of the disabled.
Each video revolved around the narrative of an animated central character that raised awareness on a particular issue and how to tackle it. The plots were fun and engaging with diverse character backgrounds and the challenges they faced.
Due to the educational and entertaining nature of the content, the client has been able to use the micro-learning videos in educational programs, as emailers, and play across corridor halls of the Saudi Aramco campus to effectively create awareness and dispel workplace biases.
